UPDATE/FIX: ASUS offers drivers for their USB-N10 adapter, which I have. The Realtek card is a Rosewill RNX-N250PCe with the Realtek RTL8188CE chipset. The ASUS PCE-AC56 is a 802.11ac Wi-Fi PCI Express adapter which upgrades your desktop from tangle-some Ethernet cables to carefree industry-leading 802.11ac at up to 867 Mbps. The ASUS wireless card has the BCM4352 chipset in it, and the AirPort thread has no dice for this particular chipset/manufacturer. Click Download to download the correct driver in your computer. Select your OS and the driver package will display. In the search result, click Drivers & Tools under the correct device model. It works, but help with this would be nice. Go to ASUS website, then search for ASUS PCE-AC56 WiFi adapter.
